Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Social Media Marketing Executive at AOS Brand Consultant in Pune. The Social Media Executive will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across various social media platforms. The role involves social media marketing, optimisation (SMO), content writing, trend analysis, and engagement strategies to build strong online brand presence for our clients.

Key Responsibilities & KPIs:

Content Strategy & Planning – Develop monthly/weekly social media calendars tailored to client goals.

Content Creation & Management – Write engaging captions, coordinate with the design team,



and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

Campaign Execution – Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

Community Engagement – Respond to comments, messages, and queries to maintain strong brand consumer relationships.

Analytics & Reporting – Track, measure, and report performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.

Trend Monitoring & Innovation – Stay updated with new features, trends, and algorithm updates to apply them in client strategies.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).

Excellent communication and creative writing skills.

Experience in media planning, campaign management, and audience engagement.

Familiarity with latest social media trends, analytics, and tools.

Ability to work collaboratively within a creative team.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Prior experience in a digital marketing agency will be an added advantage
