Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support daily sales and marketing activities to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement. This internship role is hybrid, based in Patna, with some flexibility for work from home as needed. Responsibilities include assisting with customer outreach, supporting retail and distributor relationships, and helping execute promotional campaigns and in-store activations. The intern will help gather market feedback, track sales performance,



and contribute to social media and digital marketing initiatives aligned with the brand's positioning. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, preparing basic reports and presentations, and learning on-the-ground sales and customer service practices in the fast-moving consumer goods space.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers, partners, and team members.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead generation, conversion activities, and basic performance tracking.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills to assist in educating retail partners and internal teams on product features and brand messaging.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles, social media platforms, and brand promotion in the FMCG or snacks sector is beneficial.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Patna, manage time effectively, and take initiative in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
