Role Description As a Senior Graphic Designer at Shopsy, you will work full time on-site at our Bengaluru office, creating visual concepts and designs that bring Shopsy's brand and product experiences to life. You will design graphics for digital campaigns, app interfaces, social media, and marketing materials, ensuring a consistent visual language across all touchpoints. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, refining layouts, selecting typography, and creating logos and brand assets that resonate with our diverse audience. You will collaborate closely with product,



marketing, content, and UX teams to translate business objectives into compelling visual solutions. Additionally, you will guide junior designers, provide constructive feedback, and help evolve Shopsy's brand guidelines to support future growth.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a robust portfolio showcasing digital and brand-focused work.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including creating and maintaining cohesive visual identities.
- Proficiency in Typography, with the ability to choose and apply type that enhances readability and brand expression.
- Advanced experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch or equivalent).
- Proven track record in designing for digital products, e-commerce, or consumer-facing platforms.
- Ability to translate business and user insights into clear, impactful visual communication.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience mentoring or leading other designers is an advantage.
- Familiarity with design systems, motion graphics, or illustration is a plus.
