Cadre / Designation: Vice President / General Manager

Qualification:

- B.Tech / Graduate in any discipline
- MBA in Marketing, Finance, Real Estate, Strategy, or Business Management preferred
- Certification in Real Estate, Urban Development, Finance, or Project Management preferred

Main Skills Set

- 15+ years of relevant experience in business development at Pan India level within real estate focused in residential projects.
- Expertise in land acquisition, project feasibility, market research, and investment analysis
- Strong experience in deal sourcing, partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic alliances
- Proven track record of identifying and delivering current business opportunities and revenue growth
- Experience in stakeholder management, negotiations, and commercial evaluation
