Job Title: Influencer Marketing Intern

Location: CR Park, South Delhi, Delhi

Stipend: ₹5,000 per month

Job Type: 6-Month Internship

Role Overview

We're looking for a proactive and passionate Influencer Marketing Intern to join our team. This 6-month internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in influencer coordination, content management, social media, and campaign execution.

The internship will provide practical exposure to real-world digital marketing campaigns while allowing interns to develop their skills in influencer marketing, content creation, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer & Model Coordination

- Assist in managing and growing our influencer and model community
- Help source and onboard creators aligned with client requirements
- Assist in sharing campaign briefs and coordinating deliverables
- Follow up with influencers to ensure timely execution of campaigns
- Maintain and update the influencer database
- Track basic influencer performance metrics

Campaign Execution

- Coordinate with the Account Manager for smooth campaign implementation
- Assist with on-ground shoots, logistics, and content deliveries




- Track influencer submissions and ensure content meets campaign requirements
- Help create campaign timelines and deliverable checklists
- Follow up with creators regarding pending deliverables

Social Media Management

- Assist with day-to-day operations of brand and internal social media handles
- Help schedule posts, manage community engagement, and upload content
- Monitor social media engagement and basic performance metrics
- Assist in preparing social media performance reports

Content & Design Support

- Create visual content using Canva for posts, stories, and presentations
- Edit short-form videos such as reels and stories using VN Video Editor or similar tools
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and social media content
- Assist with internal brand content creation as required

What We're Looking For

- Genuine interest in digital marketing, influencer marketing, social media, and content creation
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple assignments
- Basic understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter/X
- Basic knowledge of Canva and VN Video Editor or similar tools
- Previous internship, college project, or personal content creation experience is a bonus
- Willingness to learn, take initiative,



and work collaboratively in a quick-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Freshers and students with relevant skills are welcome to apply

6-Month Internship

This is a structured 6-month internship designed to provide practical industry exposure and hands-on experience in influencer marketing, social media management, content creation, and digital campaign execution.

Based on performance and organizational requirements, interns may also have opportunities for future employment with the company.
