Role Description The Training Placement Officer is a full-time, in office role based in Noida. The role involves coordinating campus placement activities, engaging with industry partners, and identifying suitable job opportunities for learners. The Training Placement Officer will conduct pre-placement training, including soft skills and interview preparation, and maintain regular communication with trainees to track their readiness and placement status.



Daily responsibilities include building and managing relationships with colleges and employers, organizing recruitment drives, maintaining placement records, and preparing reports for management. The role also includes collaborating with trainers to align training outcomes with market needs and ensuring a smooth transition of candidates from training to employment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Campus Placement and College Recruiting skills to manage placement drives and employer outreach.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Soft Skills to interact effectively with learners, recruiters, and academic partners.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver pre-placement sessions, workshops, and career guidance.
- Experience in student counseling, career services, or talent acquisition is beneficial.
- Ability to build and maintain industry networks, especially with companies in technical and vocational sectors.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, with proficiency in MS Office and basic data management.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a background in HR, Management, or Education is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet placement targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
