About the Role

NC Educations is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Education Counselor to join our admissions team. The candidate will be responsible for counseling students and working professionals, understanding their career goals, recommending suitable IT training programs, and converting qualified leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and counsel inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Understand students career objectives, educational background and professional experience.
- Recommend suitable IT training programs based on their requirements.
- Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, batch schedules, labs, LMS access and career support.
- Follow up consistently with prospective students and maintain the sales pipeline.




- Convert qualified leads into paid admissions.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with trainers and the internal team to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience.
- Maintain professional communication with students throughout the admission process.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Education Counseling, EdTech, Inside Sales, Admissions or Tele-sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong counseling, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on conversions.
- Comfortable speaking with students and working professionals.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, Google Sheets or lead-management systems.
- Experience selling IT/technical training programs will be an advantage.
