About the Role

We are looking for a Manager – Vendor Procurement to manage vendor sourcing and partnerships for BTL campaigns and execution activities, ensuring competitive costs, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and onboard vendors for BTL campaigns and execution
- Manage vendors for printing, fabrication, branding, promotional materials, installations, and other BTL requirements
- Negotiate commercials, contracts, and SLAs
- Manage vendor performance, quality, timelines, and costs
- Build and maintain a strong vendor network across cities
- Drive cost optimization without compromising quality
- Work closely with Execution & Operations teams
- Track vendor KPIs and compliance

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Vendor Management, or BTL execution
- Experience handling BTL vendors and campaign execution
- Strong negotiation and commercial skills
- Positive vendor relationship & stakeholder management skills
- Strong Excel/data tracking skills
