A staffing firm building out its own internal delivery bench, hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to run that hiring engine

Why this role exists

This staffing firm places talent into other companies for a living, and now needs to apply that same discipline to building its own internal delivery bench, the pool of consultants it deploys onto client projects. That bench has grown informally so far, run by whoever had time. The firm has partnered with Flexiple to bring in a Talent Acquisition Manager who will own it as a real function.

What the role covers

- Own end-to-end recruitment for the internal delivery bench across multiple skill lines
- Manage a small team of recruiters and sourcers, setting targets and reviewing pipeline health
- Build sourcing channels and vendor relationships to keep the bench supplied ahead of demand
- Own offer negotiation and closing for mid-to-senior consultant hires
- Report hiring metrics and bench-readiness numbers to leadership regularly
- Improve interview and evaluation processes as hiring volume increases

What we expect you to bring

- 5 to 10 years in talent acquisition,



with at least some time managing recruiters directly
- Experience hiring at volume, ideally within staffing, consulting, or a similar delivery-driven business
- Comfort setting up recruiting infrastructure rather than just working within one
- Strong negotiation skills for closing candidates against competing offers

Helpful extras

- Experience recruiting for technology or specialised skill lines
- Familiarity with applicant-tracking systems and recruiting analytics
- An MBA or postgraduate qualification in HR
