Performance Marketing Manager

A high-growth, VC-backed SaaS company hiring its founding India performance marketing team

Location: Remote (India)

The Company

A high-growth, venture-backed SaaS company is building out its founding India performance marketing function and has partnered with Flexiple to hire. The company runs its own paid budget already; it now needs someone to own that spend end to end instead of spreading it across a handful of freelancers. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams in India.

The Mandate

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will own paid acquisition across search, social, and programmatic channels, with full accountability for cost per acquisition and return on ad spend. You will report directly to the head of growth and have real budget authority from your first month.

Channel Ownership

- Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn
- Own budget allocation across channels against a target CAC and ROAS
- Run structured A/B tests on creative, audiences, and landing pages

Funnel and Reporting

- Build and maintain attribution models across the paid funnel
- Report weekly on spend,



pipeline contribution, and payback period
- Partner with product and sales on lead quality and conversion

What You Bring

- 4 to 9 years in performance or growth marketing, with real budget ownership
- Hands-on expertise across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and at least one attribution or analytics tool
- A track record of moving CAC or ROAS in a measurable direction
- Transparent written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Nice to Have

- Experience marketing a SaaS or subscription product
- Working knowledge of SQL or a BI tool such as Looker or Metabase
- Exposure to marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Marketo
