We are looking for an accomplished candidate with a record of academic and professional achievement to be a part of our innovative Talent Acquisition team based in the Firm's office in Hyderabad. This is a dynamic, high-visibility position offering multiple opportunities to work closely with the firm's various businesses.

WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY:

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in designing, executing, and refining the recruitment strategies for finance and enabling groups across business units. You will be expected to manage end-to-end hiring requirements (which includes, but is not limited to, requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, and interviewing), build collaborative relationships and partner with hiring managers. You will also be responsible for driving and enhancing various recruitment programs for our global operations as well as streamlining existing processes. You will be expected to obtain and maintain documentation and data to support operational efficiency and compliance requirements. You will manage execution of projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met. You will facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders. You will also prepare, present,



and deliver executive-level program project status reports to senior management. Additionally, you will have an opportunity to utilize non-traditional forms of recruitment, branding and marketing, while championing best recruitment practices within the team. You will be required to stay abreast with external marketplace and industry trends in the Talent Acquisition space.

The ideal candidate should hold-

Basic qualifications:

- A graduate/post-graduate degree with 4 to 8 years of lateral/market recruitment experience
- Solid end-to-end knowledge of the lateral/market recruitment process with a good grasp on sourcing across different platforms
- Experience of working with senior stakeholders
- The ability to perform market intelligence and competitor analysis
- The capacity to adapt to a highly evolved and flexible work culture
- A proven track record of proficient problem solving, organizational and analytical skills
