Glassbox is a Mumbai-based brand building for the next decade of commerce — designed to be both Komerz-ready and future-relevant. We move fast, ship boldly, and back every decision with data and craft in equal measure. Social is not a megaphone for us; it is the front door.

The mandate

You will own the brand voice end-to-end across every platform we play on. Calendar, copy, paid oversight, community, reporting — one person, one operating system. You will set the standard, defend it, and evolve it as the brand grows. You will brief and mentor a junior Multimedia Creator who will be your shipping partner.

What you will own

•Brand voice. Define it, document it, and defend it across every platform and every campaign.

•Monthly content calendar. Plan it, prioritise it, ship it on time. No firefights, no last-minute scramble.

•Copywriting. Hooks, captions, long-form, ad copy — written to earn attention, not borrow it.•Paid social oversight. Brief and manage media partners; own performance accountability against commercial targets.

•Community management. Set the response standards, tone, and escalation calls. The community feels the brand through you.

•Monthly reporting. Tie outputs to commercial outcomes. Tell us what moved, why, and what you will change next.

You are a strong fit if you have

•3–5 years owning social end-to-end for a brand — in-house or agency-side — with portfolio proof you can defend in a room of skeptics.





•A point of view on platform mechanics (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube Shorts) and the receipts to back it up.•Solid copywriting instincts — you can write a hook in your sleep and a long-form caption that does not lose the reader.

•Comfort briefing, reviewing, and mentoring a junior creator without micromanaging.

•A reporting habit. You know what moved, why, and what you will try next.

•Working knowledge of paid social briefing and a healthy respect for the organic/paid feedback loop.

In-office in Mumbai, five days a week. Direct line to founders. Decisions made in the room, not in week-long Slack threads. We push hard on output and protect deep-work time. We expect candour, kindness, and a bias to ship.
