Role Overview:

We are looking for candidates with a strong Finance, CA, CMA, or NetSuite background who are passionate about building a career in ERP consulting and business technology. Candidates may come from either a robust finance/accounting domain background or prior NetSuite/ERP consulting experience.

As our clients are based across different geographies, the role provides opportunities to collaborate with international teams and gain exposure to global business environments. Roles and Responsibilities:

Finance & Accounting (Core Expertise)

• Lead and support implementation of NetSuite Financial Modules, including:





• General Ledger (GL)

• Accounts Payable (AP)

• Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Fixed Assets

• Cash & Bank Management

• Revenue Recognition

• Budgeting & Forecasting

• Intercompany Accounting & Consolidation

• Multi-currency and Multi-subsidiary accounting

• Translate statutory accounting, management accounting, and reporting requirements into NetSuite configurations

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements

• Design chart of accounts, financial structures, and period close processes

Desirable Skillset:

Finance & Domain:

• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition)

• Ability to translate business requirements into into NetSuite configurations

• Act as the functional point of contact during the project

Consulting & Client:

• Confident in leading client discussions, workshops, and UAT sessions

• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

Candidate Prerequisites:

We are specifically looking for candidates with a Finance, CA,



or CMA background who are passionate about building a career in ERP consulting and business technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

- CA/CMA candidates: CA/CMA with Articleship plus a minimum of 1 year of post-articleship experience.
- Finance professionals: Finance graduates with 2–4 years of corporate or consulting experience in finance, accounting, audit, ERP, or business transformation.
- NetSuite professionals: Candidates with prior NetSuite experience in functional consulting, implementation, support, administration, business analysis, or finance transformation are encouraged to apply. A strong understanding of NetSuite modules and the ability to translate business requirements into NetSuite solutions will be an advantage.
- Finance & Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of core finance and accounting processes, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition, and related business processes.
- ERP Exposure: Prior ERP experience is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with a strong finance foundation and a demonstrated interest in ERP consulting. Similarly, candidates with strong NetSuite experience and relevant functional knowledge are welcome to apply.
- Client & Stakeholder Interaction: Experience interacting with clients, business stakeholders, or cross-functional teams is preferred.
- International Exposure: Experience working with international clients or global teams is an added advantage.
- Global Collaboration: Comfortable working with global clients and flexible enough to accommodate timezone overlaps when required.
- Consulting Mindset: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced consulting environment.
