Role Overview

The BDI is responsible for converting qualified leads into enrolled students by:

- Understanding students career goals.
- Guiding them through the admission process.
- Recommending suitable Cloudblitz training programs.
- Driving admissions and revenue through effective counselling and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with qualified leads.
- Conduct counselling via phone & video calls.
- Explain courses, career outcomes, and placement support.
- Encourage prospects to attend demo sessions.
- Follow up regularly and convert leads into admissions.
- Update lead status in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for student onboarding.

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication skills.
- Basic understanding of the sales process.
- Fluency in English and the regional language.
- Bachelor's degree (BBA/MBA preferred).
