We are looking for a confident and professional Pre-Sales / Product Demo Executive who can communicate with international clients, conduct software demonstrations over video calls, understand client requirements, and clearly explain how our software can solve their business needs.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong presentation abilities, and the confidence to interact with clients from different countries.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct online software/product demonstrations for international clients.
- Clearly explain product features, functionality, benefits, and use cases.
- Understand client requirements and identify how our software can address their needs.
- Handle client questions and provide clear, accurate responses.
- Communicate professionally with clients through video calls, email, and online meetings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand technical/product-related queries when required.
- Prepare and deliver customized product presentations based on client requirements.
- Follow up with prospects after product demonstrations.
- Maintain skilled relationships with international clients and prospects.
- Collect client feedback and communicate relevant insights to the internal team.
- Keep updated with new product features and changes.

Requirements




- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Confident and professional personality.
- Comfortable conducting video calls and presenting software to clients.
- Strong presentation and explanation skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and communicate solutions clearly.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working with international clients and different time zones.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in Pre-Sales, Product Demonstration, Business Development, Sales, Customer Success, or Software Support.
- Experience dealing with international clients will be an advantage.
- Experience working with SaaS/software products is preferred.
