We are looking for an experienced and responsible Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at a premium 4-star villa in Bangalore.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in the hotel/hospitality industry
- Previous experience in Housekeeping / Hotel Operations preferred
- Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleanliness standards, and guest service
- Good team-handling and supervisory skills
- Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation
- Professional attitude and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily housekeeping operations
- Ensure rooms, common areas,



and villa facilities meet 4-star cleanliness standards
- Manage and guide housekeeping staff
- Monitor cleaning schedules, supplies, and inventory
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth villa operations
- Handle guest requests and ensure excellent service
