About Tropicane

Tropicane is a premium frozen fruit brand specializing in premium imported frozen fruits. We are expanding our sales network and looking for motivated and energetic Field Sales Executives to join our growing team.

Freshers are welcome to apply! We are looking for candidates with valuable communication skills, a positive attitude, and the willingness to learn and grow in sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit potential customers and develop new business opportunities.
- Introduce Tropicane's premium frozen fruit products to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and approach bakeries, cafés, hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, and other food businesses.
- Generate new leads and convert them into regular customers.
- Take customer orders and coordinate with the internal team.
- Follow up with customers for orders and future requirements.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain regular reports of customer visits, leads, and sales activities.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate market feedback to the team.





Requirements
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned territory.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.
- Own two-wheeler/bike is mandatory.
- Basic smartphone and WhatsApp skills.
- Sales experience, especially in FMCG, food, frozen food, bakery, hospitality, or related industries, will be an advantage but is not mandatory for freshers.
