Role Description

The Warehouse Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role oversees daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching products and materials related to HubHawks services. The Warehouse Manager maintains accurate inventory records, manages stock levels, and ensures efficient stock movement and space utilization. Responsibilities include supervising warehouse staff, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, enforcing safety and compliance standards, and implementing process improvements. The role also involves using warehouse management systems, preparing operational reports,



and working closely with operations and logistics teams to support business growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Stock Control and Inventory Control skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Inventory Management and Operations Management skills.
- Candidates should possess practical Forklift Operation skills and experience with material handling equipment.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with warehouse management systems and basic data/reporting tools.
- Candidates should possess leadership and team supervision experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of workplace safety standards and compliance practices.
- Relevant diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, operations, or a related field is beneficial; prior experience as a Warehouse Manager or Supervisor is strongly preferred.
