Summary:

As an Application Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the design, construction, and configuration of applications while serving as the main liaison for all related activities. This role requires overseeing project progress, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that application development aligns with organizational goals. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and decision-making to facilitate smooth project execution and delivery, fostering collaboration across teams to achieve successful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead the planning and execution of application development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing data models within SAP BW/4HANA environments.
- Experience in optimizing data extraction, transformation, and loading processes to improve system performance.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data warehousing and reporting.
- Familiarity with SAP HANA database concepts and integration techniques.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient data solutions.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
