Role Description The Marketing Executive / Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and nurturing prospects within the hospitality sector. This full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata involves conducting market research, building and maintaining client relationships, and presenting Mettastay's AI solutions to decision-makers. The role includes managing sales pipelines, coordinating product demos with internal teams, preparing proposals,



and supporting contract negotiations. The executive will also collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns, attend industry events as needed, and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and convert opportunities.
- Candidates should possess strong Business and Account Management skills to manage pipelines, build long-term relationships, and support revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to conduct client meetings, deliver presentations, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Relevant experience in B2B sales, hospitality technology, or SaaS solutions is beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Kolkata, travel for client visits as required, and meet defined targets and timelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills, along with proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office, are advantageous.
