Role Description

The ACCA Faculty role at Unique Global Education is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The faculty member will deliver engaging ACCA lectures, lead classroom discussions, and explain complex accounting and finance concepts in a clear, structured manner. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and updating lesson content according to ACCA syllabus requirements, preparing teaching materials and practice questions, and conducting doubt-clearing sessions and test reviews.

The role also involves assessing student performance through assignments and mock exams, providing constructive feedback, and supporting learners with exam preparation strategies.



The faculty member will collaborate with the academic team on course planning, maintain academic discipline, and contribute to continuous improvement of teaching methods and learning outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong subject expertise in ACCA syllabus areas, including financial reporting, management accounting, audit, taxation, and financial management.
- Demonstrated teaching, coaching, or mentoring skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and engage diverse learner groups.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confident classroom delivery and clear written and verbal expression.
- Ability to design and use structured study plans, exam-oriented materials, mock tests, and performance tracking tools.
- Comfort with using digital tools for presentations, learning management systems, and online resources to enhance classroom teaching.
- Qualified ACCA qualification (part or full) or equivalent advanced accounting/finance credentials; teaching experience in professional courses is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability in meeting academic schedules, and a learner-centered approach to education.
