JOB DESCRIPTION AS FOLLOWS

1. The candidate should have , marketing, business development, and field sales& marketing experience. They should be capable of meeting and pitching to architects channel partners and builders also visiting residential commercial building nurturing the leads and do follow ups

2. Responsible for achieving sales targets

3. Pitching to qualified prospects and project presentations at the site: driving them to closure

4. Develop, define, negotiate, and close a business relationship.

5. Candidates should come with a proven track record of taking ownership,

understanding customer pain-points, driving results, and moving with speed to implement ideas in a fast-paced environment.

6. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English are required.

7. Good in computers , spreadsheets, and sales CRM

8. Generate current market opportunities.

9. Independent work ability

The candidate must have an energetic approach and the zeal to work on targets.

11. Sales management skills of presentation, lead generation, follow-up, and enrollment

12. Bangalore-based candidates are preferred.

13. A go-getter with the ability to work under pressure.

14. Willingness to Travel and Meet Clients and Leads

15. Generate leads through warm calling, cold calling, and networking.

16. Social Media and Digital Sales
