Responsibilities

- Develop and implement academic programs to meet the needs of the students and faculty members
- Lead and manage the faculty members to ensure the smooth functioning of the department
- Conduct research in the field of Physics and publish papers in reputed journals
- Teach Physics courses to undergraduate and graduate students
- Evaluate and grade the performance of the students

Skills and Qualifications

- Ph.D. in Physics from a reputed institution
- 8-15 years of experience in teaching and research in the field of Physics
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Experience in organizing academic conferences and seminars
- Ability to collaborate with other departments and institutions
