We are urgently hiring for the position of Presales Manager at our Richmond location. The ideal candidate should have 5-15 years of experience in the job market context of India. The Presales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of presales executives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

- Managing Presales Team
- Develop and execute presales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Lead a team of presales executives to ensure high-quality customer interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and product to develop effective sales pitches
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions that align with their business objectives
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and RFP/RFI responses

Skills and Qualifications

- good team handling skills and experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5-15 years of experience in presales or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- In-depth knowledge of the Indian job market context
- Experience in IT or software sales is a plus
