We are urgently hiring for Hostess for Hotel Industry at Whitefield location. The ideal candidate should have 1-10 years of experience in the job market context of India. The Hostess will be responsible for ensuring that all guests are greeted and seated in a timely and friendly manner, as well as providing exceptional customer service throughout their dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Seat guests according to their preferences and available tables
- Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations
- Take and process orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure that all guests are served in a timely and friendly manner
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Assist with other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-10 years of experience as a Hostess in the hotel industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced workplace
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures
- Basic computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field is a plus
