Job Description:

- Must have previous professional experience with SAP S/4HANA, with a minimum of 2 years of SAP S/4HANA experience and deep knowledge of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes, including:
- Sales Order Processing and Sales Order Creation
- Pricing
- Customer Master Setup
- Account Determination
- Delivery Processing, Shipping and Shipment
- Customer Invoicing and Revenue Recognition
- Integration with EWM / TM
- Responsible for assisting in defining, designing, governing, and delivering SAP-centric solutions that enable and enhance OTC business processes.
- Ability to lead business workshops with key stakeholders and derive actionable outcomes.
- Proven ability to lead and discuss SAP OTC functionality in relation to business processes.
- Understanding of industry-specific KPIs and the benefits of S/4HANA functionality in enabling business objectives.
- Ability to communicate in business language and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Provide solutions and model solutions based on client needs, priorities, and industry best practices.
- Understanding of integration with other business processes, particularly Sales and other functional areas related to production, material movement, and logistics.




- Ability to configure and explain S/4HANA OTC functionalities.
- Expert-level knowledge of SAP SD modules with a strong understanding of integration with other SAP modules.
- Experience with EDI integration with 3PLs or customers is a bonus.
- Ability to provide accurate estimates and timelines and independently manage assignments while mentoring/managing teams and clients.
- Minimum 4 years of SAP SD-EDI experience.
- Strong domain expertise in Sales & Distribution and Supply Chain flows, with a minimum of 4 years of experience supporting:
- Order-to-Cash (OTC)
- Materials Management / Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- SAP S/4HANA or ECC environments
- Experience in data exchange with customers through EDI.
- Knowledge of SAP modules and processes including SAP OTC, ALE, and IDocs, along with an understanding of underlying EDI business processes such as purchasing and sales.
- Experience with other SAP modules is preferred.
- Positive attitude, team player, and goal-oriented approach.
- Proficient in English written and verbal communication.
