Job Role: VB.Net Developer

Location: Ahmadabad, Ambawadi, Gujarat

Product Line: IT Software (Product based)

Technical Skills Expected: VB.NET, MS SQL SERVER, CRYSTAL REPORTS

Experience on High Transaction Applications (e.g. ERP, Sales, Procurement, Finance etc) will be added to Advantage.

Skills

- Should have 4+ years of programming experience.
- Should have good Troubleshooting and Problem-solving skills.
- Excellent analytical and solution-oriented approach.
- Have a very good grasping power and have a strong domain knowledge background.
- Having good experience of development in VB.Net Language.
- Having strong knowledge of SQL Queries, and Procedures and working on Database domain SQL 2005, 2008-R2, 2012.
- Design and Development of Windows Applications in Visual Studio 2005/2008/2015.
- Should be technically very strong and should have experience in Database designing, coding, unit/integration testing in bigger projects having multiple modules
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment working with local and remote teams.
- Good experience working on International Projects and should have ability to communicate effectively with clients regarding technical details.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written), good interpersonal skills and leadership qualities that foster teamwork and build lasting relationships.
- ASP.Net Framework 3.5 & above will be an added advantage.




- Must have Crystal report or any reporting tools knowledge.
- Any Accounting software / ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

- Actively Participate in application design and architecture
- Consistently write, translate, and code software programs and applications according to detailed design specifications.
- Should be able to Deliver Quality work in a defined timeline.
- Debugging, Analyzing and Troubleshooting bugs, error and problems in the products.
- Continuously Monitor Application Performance & Improve it, Resolve any Bugs Or amendments.
- Conduct Training to support people on various products.
- Develop High Performance Queries , Stored Procedure & Functions On SQL SERVER
- Focus on strategic issues and suggest improvements related to work processes and operations.
- Analytical skills to identify root cause and cause/effect relations
- Ability to work collaboratively with development, operations, and business teams (internal and external)

Experience

- 3+ years of professional experience in software development for enterprise grade technology products with a demonstrated track record of achievement.
- Should have Experience in Development of ERP & HR Products
- Must have strong analytical and creative problem solving skills.
- Robust engineering competence, including the ability to learn new technical concepts quickly.
