Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a smooth joining experience for new employees.
- Address and resolve employee grievances, concerns, and HR-related queries in a timely and effective manner.
- Handle attendance-related concerns and correction requests, ensuring accurate attendance records.
- Conduct regular skip-level meetings and employee connect sessions to understand concerns, gather feedback,



and improve employee engagement.
- Provide HR support to employees and managers during the night shift, ensuring smooth HR operations and employee assistance.
- Partner with Operations and leadership teams to address employee relations and workforce-related requirements.
- Monitor employee engagement, absenteeism, attrition, and other HR metrics for the assigned teams.
- Support performance management, employee retention, and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure effective communication of HR policies, processes, and organizational updates to night-shift employees.
- Maintain strong coordination with Operations, HR, and leadership teams to ensure seamless employee support during night hours.

key Skills

- 3–4 years of relevant HRBP / HR Generalist experience, preferably in US Healthcare RCM/BPO.
- Good understanding of HR policies and processes.
- Robust communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven RCM workplace.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/HR tools
