Role Description

Neuro Equilibrium is looking for Human Resource Executive to support and manage task related to department core functioning and general compliance requirements. Also, ensure that business plans are executed effectively while achieving higher ROI.

What is the role like:

For this role, we are looking for the people who has exposure in the human resource-Talent acquisition and operations. Additional responsibilities, this role will have as below:

- Recruitment of Vacant positions (IT & Non-IT) in specified TAT.
- Generation of leads for new talent pool.
- Ability to get maximum ROI from various portals and tools for recruitment.
- Creating Job Description, Sourcing, Interviewing, and Negotiating with candidates.
- Following proper onboarding process.
- Generating new Employee ID and induction.
- Maintaining required data in proper formats-MIS.
- Check over Time office, Payroll and compliances.
- Grievances handling of employees or connected stakeholder.

Skills do we look for:

- Solid interpersonal skills.
- An excellent communicator and goal oriented.
- Proven experience in Human Resource and knowledge about its process.

Qualification : MBA(In HR) would be preferred.
