Position: Team Leader / Distribution Manager

Job Type: Full-time | Office-based

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹32,000 per month + PF + ESI + Incentives

Job Responsibilities

- Recruit and onboard suitable candidates for the organisation.

- Build, coordinate and manage a professional team.

- Provide training, guidance and continuous support to team members.

- Motivate team members and help them develop their professional skills.

- Coordinate day-to-day team activities from the office.

- Maintain regular communication with team members and provide necessary guidance.

- Monitor team performance and assist in achieving organisational business objectives.

- Maintain professional relationships with team members and customers.

- Support the expansion of the organisation's distribution network through team development.

- Maintain basic reports, records and required documentation.

- Handle responsibilities assigned by the management and coordinate with the concerned team.

Important Job Details

- This is an office-based job.

- No field work.

- No customer home visits.





- No door-to-door work.

- No individual sales role.

- We do not hire Sales Executives for this position.

- The position focuses on team management, recruitment, onboarding, training, coordination and professional development.

- Free company-provided training will be given to selected candidates.

- Both freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
