• Conducting flat-wise snag inspections by physically visiting individual residential units across the project site

• Recording and documenting all snags identified during inspections in a clear and structured format (registers,

checklists, digital reports)

• Reporting all identified snags to the Sr. Facility Manager / reporting manager for further action and follow-up

• Coordinating with the maintenance/technical team for snag rectification and tracking closure of pending items

• Supporting the flat handover process – ensuring that units are ready, clean, and defect-free prior to handover

• Assisting during the actual handover of flats to customers/residents in a professional and customer-facing

manner

• Day-to-day supervision and coordination of housekeeping and security staff at site

• Monitoring common-area upkeep and flagging deviations to the reporting manager

• Maintaining snag registers, inspection reports, and handover documentation accurately and on time

• Basic computer usage for snag tracking, MIS reports, and record-keeping (MS Excel / MS Word)

We are looking for a hands-on,



site-level professional with practical experience in snag inspection and flat handover

operations in the residential real estate segment. The ideal candidate is physically active, detail-oriented, and

comfortable with customer-facing site work. They should be capable of maintaining structured documentation and

communicating issues clearly to their reporting manager. This is an execution and coordination role – not a strategic

or managerial position.

• Experience range: 3 – 5 years in a facility or quality/snag inspection role in residential real estate

• Background: Residential real estate / high-rise construction / property handover preferred

• Reporting structure: Reports to Sr. Facility Manager on site

• Seniority: Executive level – not a managerial position

• Location: Must be willing to work on-site at Rajarhat, Kolkata
