Role Overview

We're a growing precast concrete manufacturing company looking for a factory-based Civil Engineer to manage day-to-day production planning and inventory at our Rewari unit. Candidate should be based in/around Rewari or willing to relocate, as the role requires regular physical presence at the factory.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan daily/weekly production schedules based on order pipeline and mould/casting-bed availability
- Coordinate with the casting yard and quality team to ensure production targets are met
- Track inventory consumption vs.



planned usage; flag shortages or reorder needs in advance
- Monitor curing schedules and de-moulding timelines to keep production flow uninterrupted
- Maintain basic MIS/reports on daily output, rejections, and stock levels for management review
- Liaise with procurement and dispatch teams to align stock movement with delivery schedules

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with precast processes — moulds, casting cycles, curing, batching plant operations
- Comfortable with Excel for stock and production tracking
- Ability to work independently on the shop floor
