Key Responsibilities

- Assess patient/elder-care requirements and understand family expectations.
- Identify and shortlist suitable caregivers, attendants, GDAs, or nurses as per requirements.
- Arrange interviews between shortlisted staff and the patient/family/NOK.
- Coordinate staff deployment and ensure proper handover of duties.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, NOKs, and family members.
- Conduct routine home visits to monitor quality of care and collect patient/family feedback.
- Monitor staff performance and coordinate replacements/backup when required.
- Collect payments from clients,



wherever assigned.
- Maintain daily case, staff, visit, feedback, and payment records.
- Submit daily/weekly reports and required data on time.

Requirements

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in healthcare/home healthcare/elder care.
- Good communication, coordination, and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
- Own motorbike/two-wheeler and valid driving licence mandatory.
- Smartphone with internet connectivity mandatory.
