We are looking for an Offline Marketing Executive to support and execute offline marketing activities for Olympia Industries Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing offline marketing campaigns.

• Coordinate exhibitions, trade shows, product launches and brand activations.

• Manage event logistics including branding materials, product samples, giveaways and promotional merchandise.

• Coordinate production and delivery of brochures, standees, banners, flyers, display units and other marketing collaterals.

• Visit retail stores, cafés, distributors and partner locations to monitor branding visibility and campaign execution.

• Support retail branding and POSM deployment.

• Coordinate product sampling and promotional campaigns.

• Collect photographs and prepare reports of marketing activities.





• Coordinate with Sales, Operations and Logistics teams for smooth campaign execution.

• Support the Marketing Head in day-to-day marketing activities.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience.

• Practical experience in offline marketing, BTL activities, events, exhibitions, retail branding or brand activations.

• Valuable coordination and communication skills.

• Comfortable with field visits and event execution.

• Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams.

• Candidates from any industry and educational background can be considered.
