- Key Responsibilities:
Understand and analyze business requirements, processes, and client needs.
- Conduct discussions with clients and stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.

- Translate business requirements into explicit and actionable requirements for technical teams.

- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.

- Work closely with developers, QA teams, project managers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

- Create and maintain Jira/Agile backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirement documentation.

- Analyze business and application data using SQL queries to support requirement validation and business analysis.

- Write basic to intermediate SQL queries using SELECT, WHERE, JOIN, GROUP BY, ORDER BY, aggregate functions, and sub queries.

- Perform data validation and reconciliation between application screens, reports, and database records.

- Identify data inconsistencies, missing records, duplicate data, and data-quality issues.

- Work with technical teams to understand database structures, tables, relationships, and data flows relevant to the business requirements.

- Support data migration and data validation activities where required.

- Participate in requirement walkthroughs, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and stakeholder meetings.

- Identify gaps, dependencies, risks,



and potential process improvements.

- Support QA teams in understanding requirements and validating developed features.

- Participate in UAT, defect discussions, issue tracking, and resolution coordination.

- Prepare project status updates and communicate project progress, requirements, and open issues to stakeholders.

- Ensure requirements are properly documented, tracked, and aligned with client expectations.

Requirements

Required Skills

- 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / IT Business Analyst.

- Strong understanding of SDLC and software development processes.

- Experience in Requirement Gathering, Analysis, Documentation, and Validation.

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience preparing BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, and Acceptance Criteria.

- Hands-on experience with Jira or similar project management tools.

- Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.

- Good working knowledge of SQL.

Preferred Candidate (as per Client requirement)

- Candidates who have graduated from IITs/IIMs

- North Indian candidates only, as per client requirement.

- Strong proficiency in Hindi and English is required.

- Candidates should be comfortable communicating with North Indian clients/stakeholders.
