CTC: 6 – 6.5 LPA Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and engaging Generalist Trainer to deliver training programs for different teams and help improve their day-to-day performance. The role involves understanding actual performance gaps, conducting live and virtual training sessions, adapting training based on the audience, and checking whether the training has resulted in measurable improvement. This role is focused on training delivery, identifying learning needs, and measuring training effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Conduct engaging live and virtual training sessions for different groups. Understand performance and skill gaps to identify the actual training requirements. Review relevant performance information such as feedback, records, tickets, audits, calls or similar data to identify learning gaps. Design the training requirements and objectives based on identified gaps. Adapt training approaches according to different audiences and their learning needs. Handle participants with different levels of experience and engagement. Manage challenging or resistant participants professionally during training sessions. Conduct practical activities, discussions, role plays and assessments as required. Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders and improve training accordingly. Follow up after training to understand whether the required behaviour or performance has improved. Track training outcomes and identify areas where further intervention may be required. Work closely with the L&D; team and other stakeholders to improve training effectiveness.



Conduct difficult-conversation or customer/parent/student-handling related training where required. Maintain proper records of training sessions, feedback and outcomes. Continuously improve training methods based on real-world feedback and performance data. Required Skills Strong live group facilitation skills. Experience conducting online/video-based training. Excellent verbal and written English communication. Ability to train different types of audiences and modify the approach accordingly. Strong analytical and problem-diagnosis skills. Ability to understand performance data and identify the root cause of gaps. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle difficult questions, resistance and challenging participants. Strong follow-up and stakeholder-management skills. Willingness to take ownership of training outcomes. Preferred Skills Experience in Train-the-Trainer programs. Experience working with an LMS or recorded training content. Experience coaching managers or team leaders to conduct training sessions. Experience in education, academic training, customer-facing training, operations, or similar environments. Hindi or Telugu language proficiency will be an advantage. Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who has hands-on training and facilitation experience, rather than someone whose experience is limited to creating training content. Candidates from backgrounds such as teaching, academic training, education programs, customer/student support, operations training, or Learning & Development may be considered. Key Requirement The candidate must be based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate to Hyderabad. Training delivery will be conducted remotely, so regular travel to campuses is not required.
