Requirements

- Support the Lead BSA (Onshore) as part of the TDI Marketing Personalization pod (SFDC360 + SFP).

- Ensure the offshore development team has all requirements clearly documented and aligned with the solution being delivered.

- Support the two-way requirements process by documenting approved business requirements received from the business.

- Document solution design assumptions made by the delivery team and return them to the business for validation and requirement enhancement.

- Assist with non-coding configurations in lower environments.

- Perform activities from the perspective of the marketing business to validate the expected solution.

- Strong knowledge of Marketing, Salesforce Data Cloud, and Salesforce Personalization is required.
