Junior Fashion Designer - Design & Product Development

Salary Range: ₹3–5 LPA

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Fashion Designer who can translate client briefs into strong garment designs, graphics, and visual concepts. You will work across uniforms, workwear, staff apparel, brand merchandise, and custom garments, taking designs from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities

Design garments, graphics, prints, embroidery, colourways, moodboards, and client presentations. Develop tech packs, specifications, BOMs, and other design documentation. Work closely with merchandisers, vendors, pattern masters, printers, and production teams to develop samples and ensure designs are executed correctly. Support sourcing, material selection, costing, revisions, and production follow-ups.

Qualifications & Skills

Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in fashion design, apparel design.



Solid understanding of garment construction, fabrics, trims, printing, embroidery, and apparel production. Visual sense and ability to convert briefs into practical, production-ready designs. Strong communication, coordination, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.

Tools & What We're Looking For

Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Procreate is required. Canva, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Figma, Excel, and Google Sheets are a plus. We are looking for someone who is creatively strong but also understands how garments are actually made, takes ownership, communicates clearly, is comfortable with feedback, and is hungry to build.
