Position: CNC Programmer / Process Engineer
Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh
CTC: ₹8–12 LPA (based on experience)
Working Days: Monday–Saturday
Shift: General Shift

Job Summary

Looking for an experienced CNC Programmer / Process Engineer to manage CNC programming, process planning, machine setting, productivity, quality and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, edit, prove out and maintain CNC programs for machined components.

- Manage program library, version control, setting sheets, tooling and workholding.

- Handle machine setting and first-piece approval before bulk production.

- Define machining sequences, cutting parameters and process improvements.

- Drive cycle-time reduction, tool-life improvement and cost reduction.

- Implement Kaizen, Poka-Yoke and 5S in the CNC section.

- Analyse machining defects using 3G and Why-Why Analysis and implement corrective actions.





- Coordinate with Maintenance for breakdowns and preventive maintenance.

- Coordinate tooling, inserts, collets and consumables with Stores/Purchase.

- Support new product development, automation and process upgrades.

- Train setters/operators on CNC programs, machine settings and inspection methods.

- Ensure production, quality, safety and documentation standards are maintained.

Desired Profile

- Strong hands-on experience in CNC programming and process engineering.

- Knowledge of CNC machining, tooling, fixtures and dimensional control.

- Experience with productivity improvement, quality tools and shop-floor coordination.

- Valuable problem-solving, documentation and team-training skills.
