Position: Deputy Manager – Mechanical Maintenance

Experience: 8–12 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering
CTC: ₹6–8 LPA (based on experience)
Working Days: Monday–Saturday

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance professional to manage plant maintenance, breakdowns, preventive maintenance, equipment reliability and a maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage mechanical maintenance across press shop, CNC, machining, heat treatment, finishing and assembly.

- Handle breakdown maintenance and minimize equipment downtime.

- Manage preventive & predictive maintenance, machine history cards and maintenance schedules.

- Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic systems, presses, CNC/NC machines and plant utilities.

- Monitor MTBF/MTTR, breakdown analysis and Why-Why/root cause analysis.

- Manage critical spares, vendors,



maintenance costs and inventory.

- Ensure machine safety, LOTO, 5S/6S and audit compliance.

- Support machine installation, commissioning, automation and improvement projects.

- Lead, train and develop maintenance technicians, fitters and engineers.

- Maintain maintenance SOPs, checklists, records and quality documentation.

Candidate Profile

- 8–12 years of relevant plant/mechanical maintenance experience.

- Minimum 3 years of maintenance team-handling experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with presses, CNC/NC machines, hydraulics, pneumatics and heat-treatment equipment.

- Knowledge of preventive/predictive maintenance, TPM and industrial safety.

- Valuable MS Office and documentation skills.
