- Job Role: Customer Support Executive – International Voice (US Travel Process)
- Location: Bangalore (MSR Tower)
- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Salary: ₹26,000 Take-Home per month
- Working Days: 5 Days a Week
- Shift: Rotational Shifts
- Week Off: 2 Rotational Week-Offs
- Cab Facility: Two-way cab (within 20 km)

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 12th Pass or above.
- Minimum 6 months of International Voice BPO experience (Mandatory).
- Age up to 30 years.
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through inbound and outbound voice calls.
- Assist customers with travel-related bookings,



modifications, and support.
- Provide accurate information while delivering excellent customer service.
- Resolve customer concerns within defined quality and productivity standards.

Required Skills

- Excellent English communication skills.
- International Voice Process experience.
- Customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
