Job Description:

- Hands on experience in network technologies including Cisco product configuration
- Working knowledge of LAN WAN protocols and technologies
- AWS associate architect level knowledge certification preferred
- Experience with application monitoring tools or a willingness to work in such an workplace
- Basic understanding of visualisation tools such as Grafana and Prometheus
- Experience in monitoring setup and instrumentation using Grafana
- Associate level experience in Linux or Windows administration
- Ability to make quick sound decisions in challenging situations
- Continuous learning and development mindset
- Fluent English both spoken and writtenPlease note this role involves 12 hour shift work to ensure 24 7 operational coverage

- Ability to remotely connect to and perform maintenance checks on Windows and Linux servers
