Role & Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and deploy Salesforce Health Cloud solutions aligned to patient journey mapping, care team collaboration, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, GDPR).
- Customize Health Cloud objects (Patient, Care Plan, Encounter, Provider) using Lightning App Builder, Flow, and Apex to automate clinical and administrative workflows.
- Integrate Health Cloud with EHRs (Epic, Cerner), telehealth platforms, and external APIs using MuleSoft, Heroku, or REST/SOAP services.
- Lead end-to-end implementation cycles—including sprint planning, stakeholder alignment, UAT, and adoption training—for enterprise healthcare clients.
- Ensure data governance and security by configuring field-level security, record types, sharing rules,



and encryption policies in Health Cloud.
- Maintain and optimize system performance via monitoring dashboards, log analysis, and proactive health checks using Salesforce Optimizer and Health Cloud metrics.
