Experience: 4–12 Years | Location: Pune / On-site Role Summary

The candidate will support the design, configuration, implementation, testing, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA HCM Payroll and Time Management solutions. This role demands strong functional expertise in Payroll and Time Management, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP S/4HANA HCM Payroll and Time Management modules.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional SAP solutions.
- Configure Payroll components: schemas, rules, wage types, retroactive accounting, deductions, and payroll processing.
- Configure Time Management: work schedules, absences, attendances, quotas, overtime, and time evaluation.
- Ensure seamless integration between Time Management and Payroll processes.
- Participate in S/4HANA HCM implementation phases: testing, data migration, cutover, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate across HR modules: Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll, and Time Management.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for custom developments and interfaces.
- Conduct configuration, testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, payroll validation, and reconciliation.
- Engage with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to align solutions with organizational goals.




- Drive process improvements and contribute to SAP standardization initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM.
- Strong practical experience in SAP HCM Payroll (including country-specific configurations).
- Strong practical experience in SAP HCM Time Management.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA HCM.
- Familiarity with Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM) modules.
- Deep understanding of Payroll–Time Management integration logic and data flow.
- Proven experience in SAP configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in global, cross-functional, and matrixed team environments.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in S/4HANA HCM implementation, support, or transformation projects.
- Experience with global or multi-country Payroll systems.
- Experience with ESS/MSS and Fiori applications.
- Experience integrating SAP HCM with other SAP/non-SAP systems.
- Familiarity with SAP BTP or integration technologies (e.g., CPI, OData, IDocs).
- Experience with SAP HR reporting tools (e.g., Adobe Forms, SmartForms, WebDynpro, Analytics Cloud).
- Knowledge of SAP Activate and Agile project delivery methodologies.
