Role & Responsibilities

- Perform complex cranial, spinal, and vascular neurosurgical procedures with precision and minimal invasiveness.
- Lead pre-op diagnostics, intra-op decision-making, and post-op recovery protocols for critical neurological cases.
- Collaborate with neurologists, radiologists, and ICU teams to deliver integrated, outcome-focused patient care.
- Train and mentor junior surgeons and residents in advanced neurosurgical techniques and safety protocols.
- Contribute to clinical research, participate in neurosurgical trials, and adopt emerging neuro-navigation & robotic-assisted tools.




- Ensure compliance with national and international neurosurgical standards, documentation, and surgical audit frameworks.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

- MBBS + MCh Neurosurgery / DNB Neurosurgery
- Valid NMC registration
- ACLS certification
- Proficiency in microsurgical techniques
- Competency in endoscopic neurosurgery
- Experience with neuronavigation systems
- familiarity with intraoperative MRI/CT setups
- Fluency in managing neurotrauma and tumor resections

Preferred

- Fellowship in functional or pediatric neurosurgery
- Experience with robotic-assisted neurosurgery
- Publications or presentations in neurosurgical journals
