1. DUTY DOCTOR – MBBS

Vacancies: 2 Positions

Qualification: MBBS

Experience: ICU experience required

Key Responsibilities

- Manage admitted patients during duty hours

- Monitor ICU and critical-care patients

- Assess and stabilize emergency cases

- Monitor vital signs and clinical condition

- Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff and other departments

- Review investigations and follow consultant treatment plans

- Maintain proper patient records and clinical documentation

- Ensure timely escalation of deteriorating patients

Candidate Profile

- MBBS with valid medical registration

- Prior ICU experience required

- Valuable emergency and critical-care handling skills

- Good communication and coordination abilities

2. TPA / PM-JAY STAFF

Vacancies: 2 Positions

Experience: Experienced candidates preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Handle PM-JAY / cashless / TPA processes





- Coordinate patient admission and cashless authorization

- Prepare and process required documentation

- Coordinate with insurance/TPA representatives

- Follow up on approvals, queries and claim-related requirements

- Ensure timely submission of required medical and billing documents

- Coordinate with hospital billing, medical records and clinical teams

Candidate Profile

- Experience in PM-JAY, cashless and TPA desk operations

- Good knowledge of hospital documentation and coordination

- Strong communication and follow-up skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a multispeciality hospital environment
