About the Role

Arbour Alternate Advisors Private Limited is a Mumbai-based investment management firm focused on structured real estate credit and high-yield debt strategies within the alternative investments space.

We are looking for a Senior Manager – Strategic Investor Relations to manage and strengthen direct investor relationships across HNIs, UHNIs, Single and Multi-Family Offices, corporate/institutional investors, and sophisticated investors.

The role will be responsible for investor relationship management, communication, servicing, retention, re-investment opportunities, and strategic investor engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with HNI, UHNI and Family Office investors across the complete post-commitment lifecycle.

- Build strong relationships with investor principals, Family Office investment committees and trusted advisors.

- Coordinate with Operations, Compliance and Investment teams to ensure a high-quality investor experience.

- Maintain comprehensive investor records, interaction history and relationship intelligence.

- Manage investor communications including performance reports, NAV updates, capital call notices, distribution statements and regulatory disclosures.

- Prepare investor communication calendars, quarterly reports, market updates and investor briefings.

- Develop personalised performance summaries, portfolio commentary and re-investment proposals.

- Conduct investor meetings, portfolio reviews, AGMs and bespoke investor briefings.

- Act as the first point of contact for investor queries, documentation and escalations.

- Coordinate KYC updates, subscription processing, regulatory filings, capital calls, distributions and investor statement reconciliation.





- Develop investor retention strategies and identify re-investment, incremental capital and referral opportunities.

- Maintain a structured re-investment pipeline covering maturity dates, investor conversations and capital opportunities.

- Track investor feedback and satisfaction to improve engagement and communication quality.

- Monitor alternative investment trends, regulatory developments and HNI/UHNI/Family Office preferences.

- Provide investor sentiment and market intelligence to the Investment and Product teams.

- Represent the company at investor forums, Family Office summits and networking events.

- Contribute to the overall investor relations and retention strategy.

Candidate Profile

- Postgraduate qualification in Finance, MBA, Business Administration or a related discipline.

- CFA, CFP or relevant investment certification will be an advantage.

- 8–10 years of experience in Investor Relations, Private Banking, Wealth Management or Alternative Investment Servicing.

- Proven experience managing and retaining HNI, UHNI and Family Office relationships.

- Experience in direct Investor Relations within an AIF, PMS, Private Equity, Real Estate Fund or alternative investment platform is preferred.

- Robust understanding of alternative investment products, structured credit, capital calls, distributions and AIF investor regulations in India.

- Established network within the HNI, UHNI and Family Office investor community in Mumbai.
