HiWox is building a personalised healthcare and wellness intelligence ecosystem that collects, structures and analyses data across 9 wellness dimensions to generate evidence-backed, explainable and personalised recommendations.

We are building a Healthcare Operating System that combines healthcare science, data, technology, devices and consultant expertise through a structured, rule-based intelligence engine.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Healthcare Scientist who can translate healthcare science and evidence into measurable frameworks, assessment systems, protocols and decision rules that can be integrated into the HiWox intelligence engine.

This is a founding-stage, equity-based opportunity for someone interested in building a new healthcare intelligence ecosystem rather than working within a conventional healthcare role.

Key Responsibilities

- Healthcare Framework Development

- Develop scientific frameworks across HiWox's 9 wellness dimensions.

- Define measurable health, wellness and lifestyle parameters.

- Structure assessments, scoring systems and health indicators.

- Identify relationships between different health and lifestyle parameters.

- Evidence & Research

- Conduct literature reviews and evidence-based research.

- Evaluate scientific validity of health parameters, interventions and recommendations.

- Identify relevant clinical guidelines, research findings and validated assessment tools.

- Maintain scientific references and evidence documentation.

- Healthcare Data & Intelligence

- Define what healthcare data should be collected, how it should be structured and how it should be interpreted.

- Convert scientific knowledge into deterministic, rule-based decision frameworks.

- Develop logic for risk indicators, wellness scores,



recommendations and personalised interventions.

- Work with data scientists to ensure healthcare logic is scientifically sound and explainable.

- Assessment & Protocol Development

- Develop healthcare assessments, screening protocols and measurement frameworks.

- Define appropriate parameters, frequency and methods of assessment.

- Establish protocols for interpreting device, wearable, questionnaire and clinical-test data.

- Support standardisation of healthcare data collection.

- Personalised Recommendations

- Develop evidence-backed recommendation frameworks based on user conditions, behaviours, measurements and goals.

- Define appropriate interventions, lifestyle modifications, preventive practices and escalation criteria.

- Ensure recommendations are practical, measurable and explainable.

- Healthcare Technology Collaboration

- Work with Product Owners, Data Scientists, Developers and Healthcare Technology Experts.

- Translate healthcare requirements into product specifications and decision logic.

- Support integration of wearables, devices, sensors and clinical data.

- Validate healthcare-related product features and workflows.

- Scientific Validation

- Review and validate HiWox algorithms, assessments and recommendation frameworks.

- Identify gaps, inconsistencies and potential risks in healthcare logic.

- Establish validation methodologies for recent healthcare frameworks.

- Maintain scientific quality and evidence standards across the platform.





- Research & Innovation

- Identify emerging healthcare technologies, diagnostics, digital health solutions and research opportunities.

- Support collaborations with hospitals, doctors, researchers, universities and healthcare institutions.

- Contribute to research publications, pilots, studies and potential IP development.

Ideal Candidate

- Healthcare Science, Medicine, Biomedical Science, Public Health, Life Sciences, Clinical Research or related background.

- Strong understanding of healthcare research and evidence-based practice.

- Experience in healthcare research, clinical research, health technology, preventive healthcare, diagnostics or healthcare innovation.

- Ability to convert complex healthcare knowledge into structured frameworks and measurable systems.

- Strong analytical, research and documentation skills.

- Comfortable working with technology, data and multidisciplinary teams.

- Experience with healthcare assessments, clinical parameters, guidelines or digital health is an advantage.

Engagement

- Equity-based founding position.

- Part-time contribution: approximately 20–25 hours/week.

- Remote/hybrid engagement.

- No fixed salary at the current stage.

- Fixed compensation will be introduced after funding and revenue stabilisation.

- Equity will be determined based on expertise, contribution, responsibility, commitment and long-term ownership.

- Core founding members will follow a 5-year vesting structure.

Key Outcome

Build the scientific and healthcare foundation of HiWox — converting healthcare evidence, research and clinical knowledge into structured data frameworks, assessments, decision rules and explainable personalised recommendations that can operate within the HiWox intelligence engine.
