Qualifications & Experience
* 12 18 years of experience in Category Management / Digital Merchandising in D2C / E-commerce / Luxury Retail
* Proven track record of owning category P&L; and scaling online business
* Solid experience in digital merchandising, personalisation, and recommendation systems
* Deep understanding of luxury / jewellery / fashion categories (preferred)
* Experience working with data analytics, AI/ML, and customer insights platforms
* Strong exposure to global markets and D2C business models
