Role: Guidewire Billing Tech Lead

Responsibilities

Job Description:

- Lead BillingCenter design, configuration, development, and delivery.
- Translate billing requirements into technical solutions.
- Guide implementation of billing plans, invoicing, payments, commissions, and delinquency workflows.
- Design and support integrations with policy, payment, banking, and financial systems.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architecture and development standards.
- Mentor developers and resolve complex technical issues.
- Support planning, estimation, deployment, and production stabilization.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.




- 6-10 years of experience in configuration and customization for any Guidewire Billing system development.
- BillingCenter configuration and development.
- Experience on Qusar, Palisades, Olos, Niseko, or Mammoth
- Billing plans, invoicing, payment processing, and commissions.
- Gosu, PCF, business rules, workflows, batch, and integrations.
- Direct bill, agency bill, or list bill knowledge.
- Insurance financial operations understanding.
- Hands-on technical leadership.

Valuable To Have

- Guidewire Cloud experience.
- Guidewire certification.
- PolicyCenter integration experience.
- CI/CD and automated testing exposure..
- Guidewire certification is preferred.
- Relevant insurance domain certification is an advantage.
